Delivery Options Overview
Products are delivered to the address you provided and in the manner outlined in the order summary.
Upon delivery, please check the content and report any issues promptly using the contact details provided in this document or as outlined in the delivery note. If the parcel appears visibly damaged, you may refuse to accept it.
Goods are delivered to the following countries: Uganda
Order Processing:
Processing takes place within 24 Hours, Monday to Saturday.
Order Cut-off time:
Last order time: 5:00 pm EAT (Kampala Time) UTC/GMT +3.
Any order processed beyond this time will be delivered the next business day as per our delivery timeline.
Delivery Timeline:
Expected delivery time: It takes Same-day delivery. These are shipped Monday to Saturday our working days.
Delivery times are estimates and are subject to change and this can be due to traffic jam, natural hazards, courier availability and more.
Delivery Email:
You’ll receive a separate email with real-time tracking information once your order is ready for delivery.

Exchange or Return of Goods
Returns
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Returns Process
1. Initiate the Return:
- Call us on +256706701149 or Email info@dreamhomestoreug.com and provide your order ID.
- Mention items you wish returned.
- Our service team will then provide you instructions to return the items.
2. Return Authorization:
- Once your return is initiated, you will receive a Return Authorization email with further instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dreamhomestoreug.com and send your item to: Mabirizi Complex, Shop L1 - 26, Kampala.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- A receipt proving the fact of purchase from Dream Home Store.
- Warranty card.
The money for the goods will be refunded within 2 business days and if past these days kindly email us on info@dreamhomestoreug.com so that we can follow up on the refund.
